At AwB Herbal, we are committed to delivering your herbal wellness products quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Time
Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days.
International Shipping: Currently not available. (Optional: Add info if international shipping is supported)
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional ₹30 COD charge.
4. Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and Ekart to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
In rare cases of delay due to logistics issues, weather, or unforeseen events, we will notify you via email or SMS.
If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, contact us within 48 hours.
7. Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are correct while placing the order. AwB Herbal will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
